A Work Skills Induction Programme allows the individual to access a 12-week work experience placement, participating two days a week to foster a work pattern that includes technology, CV writing, job search and interview skills.

The individual will be able to assess their skills with an advisor for self-development and soft outcomes with a STAR action plan, before targeting a skill department for the work induction.

The programme includes a literacy and numeracy assessment with access to basic skills training.

At the end of the course the individual will be offered the two-day GOALS motivational course.
