Workwise Worklink Employment Support Programme Service Skills
Worklink Employment Support Programme (WESP) provides support to the individual including help with CV, action planning, job matching, job retention assistance, help with job applications, interview advice, signposting and more...

Phase 1 is a 12-week programme designed to assist the job-ready individual in accessing voluntary work, paid employment, further education or training. A qualified Employment Advisor supports individuals once a week for 12 weeks.

Phase 2 offers a further 12 weeks continued support with one session a fortnight to access a hard outcome destination.

It is possible to purchase the two phases together to give six-months structured and individual employment support for the individual. Those taking the WESP programme have full access to Employability Workshops and to a GOALS course. They may also undertake an Employability Award with the support of their Employment Advisor, and the opportunity to use IT support at Workwise for their portfolio work.

As well as being concerned with 'soft outcomes', Workwise/Worklink has four main 'hard outcome destinations' that our clients are encouraged to progress towards on their personal plans: Paid employment, Volunteering, Further Education or Further accredited training.

If you are interested in a referral to the programme speak to your Care Co-ordinator or ring on 01284 755261.
