Graduate Talent Pool
“The site now gives graduates a clear, welcoming entry point and makes it easy for employers to post opportunities.”
Professional website planning, design, build and ongoing management for small business owners who value clear communication, expert guidance and a strong, reliable online presence.
It’s slow on mobile, hard to navigate, or no longer reflects your business.
How I help: Plan a sensible refresh — clarify goals, map a cleaner structure, choose solid hosting — then redesign for speed, readability and accessibility.
You’re unsure what pages you need or which platform to use.
How I help: Define the message and audience, pick the right tools, and build a focused landing page or full site that explains, persuades and converts.
Errors, broken layouts, plugin conflicts or hosting niggles won’t go away.
How I help: Rapid diagnosis and fixes, plus sensible updates, backups and monitoring so problems stop repeating.
You’d like to make updates confidently and know what to avoid.
How I help: One-to-one coaching in plain English, with simple checklists and screen-share walk-throughs tailored to your site.
Updates get ignored, backups aren’t tested, and no one’s watching uptime.
How I help: Ongoing care plan — updates, backups, monitoring and sensible hardening — so your site stays healthy.
Traffic, conversions and accessibility haven’t been reviewed in a while.

Making websites simple and business owners confident.
Hi, I’m Mark Renwick, founder of WorkWise.
With more than 25 years’ experience in digital project management, website design and development, I’ve worked nationally and internationally with organisations including British Airways, Vodafone, Marks & Spencer, Dyson, and Booking.com — as well as locally in Bristol with St George’s and Gloucestershire Cricket.
Over that time, I’ve seen too many experienced business owners lose valuable hours trying to fix or figure out their websites. My goal is to take away that frustration — providing straightforward, dependable support and building long-term partnerships you can rely on.
My approach is calm, practical, and collaborative. No jargon. No hard-selling. Just clear communication and reliable help when you need it most.
